Founders Day 1999

On Sunday, December 5th, collegiate and alumnae members of both Beta Tau chapter and the Toronto Area Alumnae Chapters celebrated Founders Day with high tea at the King Edward Hotel.
A lovely tea was followed with messages from Executive Board and Foundation Board. With the annual chapter/initiation year countdown and candle lighting ceremony, the Toronto Area Alumnae Chapter was proud to present 50 year pins.
Our Founders ~ Stella George Stern Perry, Jessie Wallace Hughan, Elizabeth Heywood Wyman, and Helen St. Clair Mullan ~ would have been proud of the sisterhood that encompassed all members from around Canada and the United States.  We hope that you will join us next year as we celebrate a special Founders Day ~ 70 years of AOII in Canada!   Get me on the mailing list!
